Account Manager

Position Overview:

As an Account Manager at Rudo, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Your strategic insights and excellent communication skills will be pivotal in understanding client needs, managing expectations, and driving the growth of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
  • Understand client objectives and needs, and translate them into actionable plans for the design and development teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare project proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Identify and address potential areas of improvement in client satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an account management role, preferably within a web design agency or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of web design and development concepts.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets or client satisfaction metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not 100% required.
